This is with out a doubt the most exciting RallySchool in the world! With temperatures dropping to a chilling -20 degrees our stages on the frozen lakes are designed to test both your car and your skills to the absolute limit. Driving on studded tyres you will learn the same skills and techniques used by the worlds top rally drivers, such as power slides, scandinavian flicks, opposite lock slides and lift off oversteer, in an environment unlike anything you have experienced before.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...
Gautefall is easy to get to. It is located in south-west Telemark by road 358 between Drangedal and Treungen/Nissedal. If you look at the map you will find easy access routes from all directions.
Gautefall is just over an hour by car from the Skiensfjord/Grenland, 2 hours from Kristiansand, around 1.5 hours from Larvik and Torp airport near Sandefjord just over 2 hours from Horten, 3 hours from Oslo and just under 5 hours from Stavanger/Jæren.
Drangedal railway station is 20 minutes away.
For those of you who live in the county of Østfold or just across the border in Sweden, Gautefall is the closest genuine winter holiday destination. No need to spend 5-6 or even 7 hours in a car with bored kids in order to experience the ultimate skiing holiday.
We have put together a number of different courses... starting from just £275 per person.

Duration: Approximately 4 hours half day 8 hours full day.
Start time: AM 08:30 PM 12:00
Venue: Gautefall, Southern Norway
On site facilities: Toilets, indoor viewing area, merchandise, hot food and drinks are available throughout the day.
Accommodation: We can book your discounted accommodation at the fabulous GautefallHotel- which features swimming pool, saunas, gymnasium, bars, restaurants and even a night club!
Availability: Mid December to early March, subject to availability and weather conditions. You must hold a full driving licence.
Other Activities: Skiing, Snowboarding, Ice Karts, Skidoo’s and Husky treks may be arranged at the venue.
Min/Max height: 5'2"/6'7" and max weight of 18 stone.
Spectators are more than welcome!
Dress Code: Sensible shoes for driving, and warm clothing for outdoors. All specialist clothing and helmets will be provided on the day.

The One Day Winter Rally Experience- Peugeot & Subaru:

As you drive onto the spectacular frozen lake you will feel the grip from the spiked tyres biting into the ice as the 150 BHP front wheel drive Peugeot scrambles across the ice.
The first stage is designed to get you into the 'feel' of a rally car then each subsequent stage increases in difficulty and variation. The course begins with basic techniques and skills such as steering control and racing lines, progressing to advanced techniques such as the Scandinavian flick, powerslides, lift off oversteer and braking control to name but a few.
The course climaxes with the driver and instructor swapping seats, for a jaw dropping high speed passenger ride that will never be forgotten!
The Two Day Winter Rally Experience- Peugeot & Subaru:
£495 per person.
This two day course is the ULTIMATE rally school experience. You will spend the first day getting to grips with the powerful front wheel drive 150 BHP Peugeot 205, learning to find the balance and grip of the special spiked tyres as they bite into the ice. The first stage is designed to get you into the 'feel' of a rally car then each subsequent stage increases in difficulty and variation. The course begins with basic techniques and skills such as steering control and racing lines, progressing to advanced techniques such as the Scandinavian flick, powerslides, lift off oversteer and braking control to name but a few.
Day two is spent taming the power of the awesome 280 BHP 4WD Subaru Impreza as you learn to drift and slide around the frozen stages with the skill and flair of a true professional. Each day climaxes with the driver and instructor swapping seats, for a jaw dropping high speed passenger ride that will never be forgotten!
